Signatures and Sig Banners

Hey all,

Following discussion, the decision has been made to limit signatures and sig banners somewhat. The general guideline is that these should be kept reasonably small, primarily text-based, and avoid animated banners. Also, as with all aspects of these forums, please remember that sigs and sig banners should be PG-12 suitable.
